The registration fee for each of the November 9, Tuesday afternoon sessions… Sales and Use Taxes and "The Final Four", an alternative session focused on State Tax Traps in Mergers and
Acquisitions, State Tax Planning for Economic Recovery, Expense Add Backs and Exceptions, and Unclaimed Property …is $295 for All Participants; the registration fee for the November 10 and 11, Wednesday/Thursday SALT Forum sessions is $825 for Practitioners and $695 for Government Representatives. The Forum is pleased to offer a $50 discount for those attendees registering for all sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons and the receptions are included in the registration fee. Advance registration is requested to facilitate processing. Registrants who are unable to attend the Forum will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee if the Forum is notified IN WRITING prior to November 9, 2010. There will be NO refunds for cancellation requests received on or after November 9, 2010. Registrations will NOT be accepted without payment.
