REGISTRATION INFORMATION


The registration fee for each of the October 28 Tuesday afternoon sessions…Accounting for State Taxes and Sales and Use Taxes…is $295 for All Participants; the registration fee for the October 29 and 30 Wednesday/Thursday SALT Forum sessions is $825 for Practitioners and $695 for Government Representatives. The Forum is pleased to offer a $50 discount for those attendees registering for all sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons and the receptions are included in the registration fee. Advance registration is requested to facilitate processing. Registrants who are unable to attend the Forum will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee if the Forum is notified IN WRITING prior to October 28, 2008. There will be NO refunds for cancellation requests received on or after 10/28/08. Registrations will NOT be accepted without payment.
