The registration fee for each of the September 23 Wednesday afternoon sessions…Economic Downturn and Hot Topics in Sales Taxes…is $295 for All Participants; the registration fee for the September 24 and 25 Thursday/Friday SALT Forum sessions is $825 for Practitioners and $695 for Government Representatives. The Forum is pleased to offer a $50 discount for those attendees registering for all sessions (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons and the receptions are included in the registration fee. Advance registration is requested to facilitate processing. Registrants who are unable to attend the Forum will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee if the Forum is notified IN WRITING prior to September 23, 2009. There will be NO refunds for cancellation requests received on or after 09/23/2009. Registrations will NOT be accepted without payment.
