REGISTRATION FEE: $700.00
The  registration  fee entitles Exhibitor to exhibit space and the presence of TWO repre-
sentatives in the Registration Booth as well as all food and beverage functions.
SHOULD AN EXHIBITOR REPRESENTATIVE DESIRE TO ATTEND THE FORUM SESSIONS, HE/SHE WILL BE
REQUIRED TO PAY THE PUBLISHED SESSION REGISTRATION FEE(S).
