Program materials, powerpoints/outlines, will be available to all registered attendees before, during and for a short period after the Forum. Materials will be added as they are received from the speakers beginning September 1, 2009, with a cutoff date of September 15, 2009. Materials received after that date will be provided in hard copy at the Forum and added to the website after the Forum.
